IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
Ensure the security and integrity of company data through regular backups, firewalls, and security protocols.
Provide technical support to staff by troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.
Monitor network performance and resolve issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects and system upgrades.
Maintain and update software licenses and hardware inventory.
Ensure proper configuration and maintenance of all company servers and databases.
Provide user training and support for new software applications or systems.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for IT solutions and support.
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
Configure and manage network routers, switches, and other network devices to ensure stable and secure connectivity.
Keep up to date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices.
Maintain and monitor the company’s local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN).
Ensure smooth operation of the company’s IT infrastructure, including workstations, network devices, and software systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
Familiarity with operating systems , networks, and software applications.
Knowledge of IT security best practices, data protection, and disaster recovery.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
