Mr. Aamir is a decorated officer, having been awarded the President of Pakistan Medal for Gallantry in 1996 in recognition of his exceptional service and bravery. In addition to his remarkable service in law enforcement, he played a crucial role in establishing the Punjab Police Safe Cities Authority, as the founding Managing Director, helping bring Lahore into the top 30 safest cities in world. Other high profile achievements involve catching the CIA’s most wanted list serial killer and helping bring cricket back to Pakistan in coordination with the ICC. Prominent positions held include Add IG Punjab, DIG Lahore and SSP Special Branch.
As a Member of the Prime Minister’s Inspection Commission (PMIC), Mr. Aamir contributed to the advancement of public governance and policy. His vast experience, leadership, and commitment to service now guide his role as Chairman of WeaverBird Group, where he brings his vision and strategic insight to shape the company’s future growth.
As the CEO of Weaverbird Group, Mahrukh Ali Malik is widely respected for her visionary leadership and commitment to social impact. A gold medalist from King Edward Medical University and an EMBA graduate from LUMS, she combines her medical background with business acumen to drive meaningful change.
Following the successful development of Mall94, Weaverbird Holdings, M7, Printcosmo, and Sufi City, she founded Instaprint, which has grown into a thriving graphic communications company. As an active mentor at the National Incubation Center (NIC) and the only female Chartered Member of TiE, she actively supports both startups and angel investors.

Mekaeel Malik is a distinguished alumnus of the University of Oxford, where he completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Summer Diploma in International Development, an academic foundation that has shaped his global perspective and strategic leadership. His educational journey began at Aitchison College, where he pursued A-levels in Engineering, and continued at the University of Warwick. Afterward, he commenced his professional career at J.P. Morgan in London. Upon being promoted, he made the intentional decision to return to Pakistan, driven by a commitment to apply his international expertise to foster local business development.
Mekaeel is a visionary chief executive who has been leading the charge in innovation, sustainable operations, and excellence. His strategy skills not only transform organizations but also make him a major player in the climate finance sector in Pakistan. One of the fundamental contributors to Climate Finance Pakistan, he is part of the crucial team responsible for identifying and accelerating climate ventures that are both effective and economically sound in shaping a country’s green economy.
As the current Chief Operating Officer at Weaverbird Group, Mekaeel spearheads key projects in the UK, UAE, USA, and Pakistan alike. The Group enjoyed a strengthened presence in the real estate industry, FMCG, and in other industries because of his leadership.
